Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our research products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed or shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. NuroPeptides is not responsible for buyer error, incorrect shipping information, or changes in research needs after an order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nuropeptides.com. We may request photographs of the packaging and product, the order number, and a description of the issue. Once verified, we will work with you to resolve the matter through a replacement, store credit, or other appropriate remedy at our sole discretion.
Failed or Returned Deliveries
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment. NuroPeptides is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact NuroPeptides at support@nuropeptides.com to resolve any order issues before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
